Most orders start within 1–2 business days, depending on volume and product type.
How is the customer's collected information delivered to me?
If included, customer details are sent to your agent portal within 3–10 seconds after the call connects.
What if the call doesn’t connect?
If a customer hangs up before you're connected, you won’t be charged. Only answered (includes direct to voicemail) calls are billable.
How are calls verified?

Can I dispute a billed call?
