Refund & Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Kolbera delivers high-quality, live transfer calls from real insurance shoppers. While most calls meet expectations, occasional issues may arise. If you believe a call is invalid, you may submit a return request within 72 hours. Each request is reviewed individually, and decisions are made at Kolbera’s discretion. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for review and resolution.

Call Return Eligibility & Process

Return requests must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving the call. A clear explanation is required. If approved, credit will be added to your Kolbera account.

Valid Return Criteria

You may be eligible for a credit if:

-The customer is located outside your selected state.

-There was a technical error or connection failure.

-A language barrier made the call -unusable.

-The call disconnected immediately, leaving no chance to speak.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Returns will not be approved if:

-The customer was qualified, but the agent failed to close.

-The customer had unclear intent, but no fraud occurred.

-The carrier declined the application for underwriting reasons.

-The agent was unavailable or missed the call.

Promotional Credit & Discount Limitations

Calls made using promotional credits or discounts are not eligible for return or replacement.

Refund Method

Approved returns are issued as store credit.
