1. Introduction

Kolbera is committed to providing high-quality live transfer calls. However, if a live call is deemed unmarketable or inauthentic, you may request a return within 72 hours of the time it was received. If Kolbera approves your return request, we will issue a credit to your account balance. Kolbera reserves the right to investigate return requests and make a final determination at our sole discretion. The process can take 3-10 business days.

2. Live Call Return Process

  • Live call return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the call.
  • A detailed explanation must be provided for the return request.
  • Your account will only be credited for valid return reasons as outlined below.

3. Valid Return Reasons

Kolbera may issue a credit if any of the following conditions are met:

  • The call was transferred from a consumer outside your selected State.
  • The call was generated due to a system error (e.g., incorrect call routing, technical issues).
  • A clear communication barrier due to language issues prevents meaningful interaction.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Kolbera will not issue a credit under the following conditions:

  • The consumer has already purchased from another agent or company.
  • The consumer did not return the agent’s call or respond to voicemail messages.
  • The risk was declined due to underwriting guidelines.
  • The agent did not close a sale but the call was legitimate.
  • The consumer misrepresented their intent or information.

5. Additional Considerations

  • Calls purchased with promotional credits or discounts are not eligible for credit or replacement.
  • Kolbera does not provide cash refunds for returned calls.
