How It Works
All incoming calls are directed solely to your team—there’s no sharing or competition with others.
Onboarding Process
Upon purchasing a team package of at least 100 calls, onboarding will begin immediately. A Kolbera representative will contact you within 24 hours of the next business day to collect your team's roster, which includes names, emails, and phone numbers.
Kolbera's Agent Portal
Each team member is set up with an Agent Portal. They can log-in and out anytime they want.
The Agent Portal contains:

- The number of calls used or not used
- Your selected time schedule

Delivery
After setup, you can expect your first LIVE calls within 24 to 72 hours. All calls are delivered only during business hours and during the times you selected. If one of your agents does not answer the call within two rings, the system automatically moves the call to the next available teammate and repeats the ringing process: two rings, skip; two rings, skip. This ensures that all calls are seen as growth opportunities, resulting in very few missed calls.
